Refund & Return Policy for HS Gallery

At HS Gallery, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible products under the following conditions:

Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All accompanying items, including certificates of authenticity, tags, and any additional accessories, must be included with the return.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.

If the product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Original State Required

The parcel must be in its original condition, with all items included, to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria. Products should not be damaged or altered in any way. Please ensure that all packaging and components are included when returning the product.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

After your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup with our return rider or direct you to drop off the item at our designated location.

Rider Fee

A Rider Fee of PKR 250 will be charged for the return rider service. This fee will be added to your return and is non-refundable. The rider will visit your location to collect the item(s) you wish to return.

Parcel Inspection

Our rider will thoroughly inspect the parcel at the time of pickup. The parcel must contain all original items and be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. If any damage or missing items are found during the inspection, the parcel will not be accepted. In this case, the parcel will be returned to you, and the return request will be considered invalid.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note:

Refund Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the return.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the item is not in its original condition or if components are missing, a partial refund may be issued.
Restocking Fee: For certain high-value or limited-edition items, a restocking fee may apply. This will be clearly communicated before your return is processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, the return will be processed as a refund, and you can place a new order for the desired item. The rider fee will apply for both the return and the new delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Custom, personalized, or commissioned art pieces
Sale or clearance items
Items that have been altered, resized, or damaged after purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement for any defective items. You may be asked to provide photographs or video evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.

Changes to the Refund Policy

HS Gallery reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective as of the date it is published.
